With nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry, Liliya has held a wide range of roles across both retail operations and critical back-office functions. Liliya applies deep analytical skills to enhance compliance processes, asses patterns, and identify potential risks. Liliya has worked closely with multiple departments, evaluating transactions and activity and delivering informed recommendations to strengthen operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Liliya earned a Business Management and Finance in the former USSR, where she developed a strong foundation in financial principles and strategic analysis. After relocating to the United States, she continued her studies at Hunter College, City University of New York, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
