Peter Quinn is the owner, co-founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Linking Assets Inc. located in the heart of New York City. Prior to starting Linking Assets Inc., Peter had worked in public accounting and the client-service industry having worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Additionally, Peter holds an undergraduate and master’s degree in accounting from Fairfield University. Prior experience also includes working at the Division of Broker Dealers at the Securities & Exchange Commission, as well as at the law firm of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP. By teaming his extensive financial knowledge with legal and genealogical professionals, Linking Assets Inc. is ready to handle all aspects of asset reunification and recovery.

Christa has over two decades of management, compliance, internal control, and audit experience in various industries with the most recent 17 years focusing on unclaimed property and compliance operations. She has proficiency in SEC 17 Ad-17 lost security holder requirements for the financial services industry, asset reunification, and asset recovery. Christa is a trusted advisor to numerous companies in a variety of industries addressing unclaimed property annual compliance requirements. She has managed unclaimed property reporting for JCPenney and Eckerd Drug, overseeing all aspects of annual compliance reporting, related requirements for Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and asset recovery.

In her various roles she has cultivated long-term relationships with state unclaimed property administrators and other regulators. She has authored many articles, blog postings, and is a frequent contributor on social media. Christa has been the editor of several industry newsletters. She is a member and past president of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO) [Immediate Past President (2012-2013) President (2011-2012), First Vice President (2010), and Second Vice President (2009)]. Christa is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.

Rudy Quinn is the President, co-founder of Linking Assets Inc. Prior to joining Linking Assets Inc., Rudy worked as a Fund Accountant at Silver Point Capital, a hedge fund in Greenwich, CT. There he worked primarily on Portfolio Valuation and Investor Allocations.

In addition to aiding the firm’s auditors with the annual audit, Rudy also worked closely with the Investor Relations team to service the needs of the firm’s investors. Rudy holds an undergraduate degree in Finance & Accounting from Boston College. Prior experience includes working at the Division of Investment Management at the Securities & Exchange Commission. In addition, Rudy enjoys participating in marathons and Ironman competitions, having previously competed in the Ironman World Championships.

Ari is an information security professional with a passion for mathematics and finance. Ari has architected and managed security operation centers for the likes of Terremark, Verizon, Liquidity Services, Capital One, and Cyxtera. He also holds awards such as the Offensive Security Certified Professional and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

Ari has over 4 years of experience with blockchain technologies and decentralized finance, specifically with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Stellar Lumens. He has contributed code to several blockchain projects and has won several blockchain hackathons, helping develop blockchains and products built on blockchain technologies. When he isn't staring at code with blaring headphones, he spends his time with his family, hiking trails across the USA and playing the ukulele.

Mike has extensive industry experience. He has previously worked for Georgeson, Keane, Venio, Equiserve, Mellon, and First Chicago. He has over 30 years related to unclaimed property compliance and customer retention operations, as well as product and business development.

Mike has worked for many volunteer organizations and industry groups. Mike was a founding member of the Unclaimed Property Holders Liaison Council (UPHLC), which was the forerunner to the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO). When it comes to UPPO it is difficult to imagine it without Mike Ryan. He has chaired and served on numerous committees, including 4.5 years as the organization’s president. (Conference attendees likely remember Mike collecting for the 50/50 drawing which benefits the Scholarship Fund.) Mike has volunteered and been instrumental on the unclaimed property committees for STA, SSA, SIFMA.

Kathleen has extensive client and reengagement services experience. She has previously worked for three different companies providing reengagement and unclaimed property services. She has over 30 years’ experience working, managing, and training in client services including owner reengagement, unclaimed property, data analysis, coordinating with vendors, project management, and customer communication for a variety of industry segments.

After earning an M.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in survey research (UCONN), Kathleen spent several years in political polling and social science research companies assisting with questionnaires, proposals, and analysis of client project data. Also, she managed survey research fieldwork and research assistants. She brought her research and writing skills to her roles in unclaimed property.

Richard Amodeo is the co-founder of Linking Assets Inc. Rich Amodeo is an industry veteran with over 35 years of demonstrated success in a variety of areas related to securities and unclaimed property compliance. He has played pivotal roles in starting up and developing multiple companies, some of which include EquiSearch Services Inc. and SMS Group, LLC.

Most recently he has supported clients’ unclaimed property and compliance needs: fulfilling clients’ SEC17Ad-17 search requirements, achieving successful and consistent owner reunification results, and providing authoritative compliance and regulatory guidance.

Charles Ginsberg, owner and co-founder of Linking Assets Inc. and Jaisan Recovery Corporation, has been engaged in the asset location and recovery business since 1963.
